Got a call today 5-13-16 at 1:52 P.M. The message started "This is a courtesy call to inform you that you are entitled to a discount on your Eversource Bill. No mention if it was electric or gas bill. I hit #1 to speak to a representative and nothing happen. I called back the number but the telephone did not ring on that end. I did contact Eversource to let them know what is going on. I gave them the phone number and that Sturbridge, MA came up to for the location. Other locations Brocken, Framingham, Plymouth. Eversource told me they have been getting calls recently from other customers and people who are not customers with Eversource. They are going to gave this investigated. They thanked me for contacting them and letting them know.
