Called back and if you don't use the phone they called you get dropped.  It's a scam www.heycosmo.com is the website.  Just incase you all wanted to know it.  Now you have the info do what you want

also got a call from this number, and i was like said the ring tone blah tele mart whatever. dont answer it, dont call it back. and report it if you can.

I just got a call from this number also. It rang twice, but ended before I could answer it. I did a google search and found this site. After reading what everyone else said, I blocked my number and called it back. A message came up that said :WELCOME TO HEY COSMO, PLEASE WAIT WHILE YOUR RECORD IS BEING RETREIVED" and then the call ended. I called it right back the same thing happened. How can we report them? My number is on the do not call registry.

FOLLOW UP: I just went into the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and registered a complaint. If others do this maybe they will get fined and their number diconnected. It is worth a try!

I called back it's a recording talking about video game consoles like xbox playstation ect.
