First time to get this one. I NEVER answer if the caller ID doesn't say who the call is from and I   recognize the name. If anyone knows of a device that can log these numbers and route them to an answering device that plays the National Anthem  please let me know ; post it here or somewhere. Carriers should require EVERYONE to state name & address  "EVERYONE" .

Just got a call from this number. Caller ID shows from Sandwich, MA. Didn't answer, left no message either. and don't know anyone in Sandwich, MA. Probably a scam. I never answer if I don't recognize the number and if it was someone who knows me they would leave a message.

Correct. I actually answered and talked to it. I do that - nothing to loose. My line is barraged with scammers anyway.

Unrecognized number. Blocked for the future.
