I'm not sure which other scam these guys are tied to, but they are using this to try to play pretend victims. Always a guy with a heavy accent but they are trying to turn the tables on me (I play with scammers for a hobby). Did not start receiving phone calls from this number until I started trolling an IRS and or Grant scam.
