Received a voicemail from this number saying there were unusual charges on my account. I couldn't clearly hear which account, but thought the person said "electric," so I logged into my ComEd account to see if there was anything unusual. There wasn't, but I decided to call back just in case. My call was answered in a very official sounding manner, with the operator stating he ID number, etc. After giving the operator my zip code (not case number that was left on the voicemail) she did start on a pitch about another program to save money on my electric bill. At that I had to get back to work, and added the number to my blocked caller list.

Scam voicemail ----"Hello this is Ms. Sanders I've been trying to reach you regarding an important matter about the supply charges on your electric -account give me a call back at 773-839-0513 and have a copy of your statement with you to review your reference number is R6549..."  I called back and they wanted my zip code and I asked who they were and are you trying to sell me something to which he responds it would be much easier if you give me your zip code..I hung up.

This call came into my cell phone. I received just about the same voicemail as Jackie did, down to the Reference Number. Funny, the same Reference Number as they gave her. This makes me assume it's a scam and no reason to call the number.

They have called me numerous times with the same voicemail! The worst part about this is that they call for a second and then they hang up ugh and now I have to listen to my voicemail or otherwise the icon won't go away for my voicemail. I called the number and told them to stop calling me or I'll call the cops on them lol
