I opened an email that stated my arrest warrant and if they did not hear from me in 48 hours, I will be prosecuted and I needed to call James Davis.

I just got this email for my arrest warrant how can they get away with this they are going above and beyond what is legal- I dont understand these are obviously scare tactics how do you know its an IRS scammer???
is is a scam united states court district or who ever they are would never email u if this was legit you would not get certified papers in the mail you would never be emailed this

Totally agree. These people who try this are located in India and Pakistan. It's a stupid scam. Arrest warrants are not delivered by e-mail in the US. They are signed by judges. They are hand served by duly constituted officers of the law. They are only used in criminal cases. These scammers are basically trying to scare money out of people. Just ignore the e-mails and block them. Do not return the calls.
