Just got a call from this number, they didn't leave a message

Just got a call from them. Said to lower credit card debt. I pressed 1 and asked what credit card company this was and the guy listed it's Cardsmember Services which works under Visa and Mastercard along with Chase, Discover, Capital One, etc. and he then asked if this was correct. (SKETCH) I just replied with, "can I be taken off your call list please?" and he told me to hold one second and then hung up on me.

Don't give them ANY information.

called 5 times in one minute didn't even bother answering

These people are constantly calling, I never answer because I researched the number and couldn't find a company so I don't answer.

Called. Didn't answer no message.
