Identified as from IRS Tax Fraud issuing criminal lawsuit unless call back

Third call with third number.  Asian caller. IRS does not call people. This has been all over the news.

One call from this number recorded on my answering machine. Caller claimed to be from IRS Tax Fraud/Tax Evasion prosecution unit. Said I had to call back IMMEDIATELY to avoid arrest and prosecution. Caller spoke English poorly and had a vaguely Indian or Pakistani accent. Call was obviously bogus as I have never skipped filing tax returns, and I am pretty sure the IRS doesn't phone you; all correspondence from them is by regular mail. And how would they have gotten my unlisted land line number in the first place?

This is the readable text we got from our phone provider:

Voicemail from (773) 312-3710
"The very next moment you receive this automated message. We want you on your reading criminal attorney off record to return the call to at hand is extremely time sensitive. The number for you to call us back at 773-312-3710. Now if you don't return the call or if you don't hear from your criminal attorney either the only thing we can do is wish you good luck as the situation totally unfolds on you and stay with the criminal law suit being filed against you by the IRS for tax fraud and tax information. So before this matter executed in the cold(?) and before you get arrested. If you need any information or if you do have any questions kindly call the Iris back at 773-312-3710 thank you."
