Called and left an automated voicemail claiming to be the IRS. Called back and the rep (who was unintelligible) claimed I owed back taxes over 5 years and an arrest warrant had already been issued for me. I hung up. Fools.

Just called me. Stupid stupid me accidentally hit something and called back an unknown number earlier and within mins this number called. I blocked both numbers but I'm sure due to accidentally brushing against my phone and inadvertly dialing back the number, they will hound me now.

Got a voice mail stating it was the IRS and they had a case number filed against me for tax fraud..well this is not my first call I get at least one a day from several different numbers...i have reported it to my local police department..and the real IRS is aware of this ..they are people from over seas connecting to u.s numbers trying to get money from people...the officer said if you get a call do not talk to them or call them back just hang up....i hope this helps those who get these calls like me...

Three calls today.  I ignored them.  Left no voicemail.

I called this number back and requested them to show up on my door step in Goshen County Wyoming, and I would personally stick my 38 S&W pistol in their left ear hole and pull the trigger. The IRS has all kinds of ways to spot fraud, but not one thing is said about what they are doing about it. No wonder we keep getting this kind of [***]. We have a "[***]" government entity in the IRS and it should be abolished.
