This number keeps calling and threatened me that a legal case will be filed against me if I do not pay my account. I wonder what account that I did not pay. Besides, I did not get any mail regarding standing accounts. This caller used a Denver number 720-623-0407 and then I was told to call Greg Fitzgero or Fitzgerald at  773-269-3085 .

1-773-269-3085  called me and left a message on my phone.  I never call them back because they are a SCAM ! !
I THOUGHT THE GOVERNMENT PUT A STOP TO THIS ! !    As usual it doesn't work ! !

773-269-3085 is the call back number that was left for me to call Greg Fitzgerald back.  The number that came across my phone id is 904-203-1673. I have lived in the same place for quite a few years and have not received anything regarding bills and if I did, I pay them if they are legitimate! I am so sick of these scammers. The DO NOT CALL REGISTRY DOES NOT WORK, THEY STILL CALL!

Called on June 1 about a case that was handled by another mediation group. Told them it was paid and to contact the other company. Also called my husband demanding information but wouldn't say who they are calling from or why. Contacted other company and they sent me a paid in full notice as well as one to USS mediation. Was told if they continue to call me, it is harassment and violation of TCPA and FDCPA. They called back 6/15 and 6/19. When my husband called back, they said "maybe you should learn to speak you ****ing spick." continued to berate him and hung up. This is harassment and defamation. If this is a real company, shame on them. I was told that I could file a suit against them, anyone know how?

I know I wasn't crazy. Why would the same caller call me from different numbers all wanting me to call Greg Fitzgerald at that 773 number. I tried blocking the numbers that they usually call from, but they always seem to find a new number to call me from.
