Called and left no message. Called back and it is a non working number so clearly spoofed. I have recently bought a call blocker so wondering if the scammer has noticed that and is trying to give the appearance of an actual person calling me trying to get through. This was once the number of an actual person and is showing up that way but the number is out of service. Wow they really get desperate trying to break through the call blocking and other ways we block pests.

This sounded like a person she asked for me by first name in what sounded like an Indian accent, then said 'Sorry for bothering you' and hung up. When I called this number, it was 'no longer in service.'
