i keep getting calls and they never say anything..

Yeah crazy dude I just got off the phone w this dude w broken English too and he told me I been selected to receive a $7000 grant he knew my name and my address but asked for my age which I told him but once I started catching on to him I asked him how I would receive the $7000 grant ,he told me I had 3 options I could give them my bank acct info/credit card info or I could receive it cash. That's when I realized I was being scammed bcuz no real agency is gonna ask u for u ur bank info..so then I asked him I wanted it cash and he then preceded to give me he's "managers" number 202-738-1135 and told me to call him and he'll tell me how I could receive the $7000 cash lol so I played alone and ask him to give me the "customer service " number instead and he told me why would I need it that's when I told him " so your a scam then" I called him out and he got upset and told me "you think I'm a scammer?" And I just hung up he called me back and told me so just call my manager and hell tell you what u need to know and hung up
These people should be shot!!!

lol  i told him that i wouldn't feel right getting free money..And to give me his banking info and once its in his account he can send me half..I told him he sounded trust worthy and god told me to share with him...He hung up...lol  probably wont call back
