Called a "do not call" number. Therefore I KNOW I didn't want to deal with them. No message.

Spoofed number! After hearing a male voice recording stating, "The US Government is now giving free cell phones to citizens who receive financial assistance...," I hung up and added the number to my call block list. Phone company says the number is not in service. Scammer!
