Received a call from this number despite being on Do Not Call list. Offered opt out if you press three but that did not work.

Rcvd call on cell today.  Did not answer, no messgae left.  When called back it is disconnected.  Problem is, this is an Atlanta area #, and I live here, so I woulD have answered had I heard it!  I am on DNC list, so they are ignoring that as well as spoofing the #. NoW marked as spam, so it will not ring thru to me again anyway!
