My friend got a call today from this number saying she was responsible for paying this payday loan that I supposedly put her name on for a reference and told her that if she didnt pay it they would put a felony on her record and an arrest warrant out for her. First off she isnt responsible for any bill if she was used as a reference. They told her to call this number and ask for RIchard K. Smith. When she or I called it back she got a voice mail saying it was Larry Johnson .The voice sounded as the same person. I called them and told them to present something in writing on their letterhead and send it to me certified letter that I owe this money and they refused to. I already had dealings with this Larry Johnson in the past and it got to the point of him cussing at me on the phone and text messages. I gave him my attorneys name and number and he said he was a fake attorney and that an attorney cant help me. If these calls continue I will call the police for harrassment and I am going to report them to the FTC and BBB in Georgia.

Hi I've dealt with these people in the past. They called me at my work which is a hospital.  They tied up lines for hours threatened to "bomb the place".... Not sure why the police can't track them. FBI local police were notified .... Now I just call them using * 67 and harass them.... It's fun :)... Good luck

They are calling from India, Pakistan, Nigeria, China, etc.  Take your pick by the accent.  Empty threats to scam you for your hard earned dollars.  Go to 'Fake payday loan collection scams'  and read some of the posts.  Some valuable info there along with some of the numbers these cowardly crooks have been known to use and some of the fake businesses.

this is the firm who represent the lenders.these debtors ran off taking these loans out then the debtors shut down there  bank accounts scamming the lender out off money so when they get the call after two years on the run with 5 or more payday loans an after we find them while they are on the run the debtors get real mad an this is what they lie about if the debtor paid the lender money back without the scams they did they would not get a call from us the firm period.   p.s the are mad because we found them in the money fraud they done RKS.
