They just called me, too! 10:45pm!

Called at 10:59pm rang once and hung up.

Called me at 11:30. One full ring and they hung up. Time to report to the FCC

Same thing happened to me, they called me at 11:47 p.m. WTH

I haven't had an account with USAA for probably 3 or 4 years.  I just received a 1 ring call from this number & after reading your comments here I've added it to the "rejected number" list on my phone.
