says number is no longer in service when you try to call it back

When I first picked up it sounded like someone, then when I said hello it went blank. I said hello again and all of a sudden someone was there. The first thing I heard was "This is Dealer Services, is this a good number to reach [my full name] at?" I told them that they had the wrong number and they hung up. As an additional note, I have been called by some variant of "Dealer Services" from many different numbers. All of the other ones were trying to sell some sort of extended car warranty. These calls are unwanted, have been told to take me off their list, and never have.

I just got a call from this number I could hear in the background sounded like some sort of call center. The caller asked for me by name I told him he had the wrong number. He had a Indian accent and while he was still talking I hung up...

Don't do that.  Next time you get the call talk to them and the first thing they're going to ask you is approximately how many miles you have on your vehicle tell them 300,000 or so miles then they're going to apologize and say oh I'm sorry but our services won't cover your car with that many miles on it  and they take you off the list. I was told to do that by a friend, I did it and I have never received another call from anyone soliciting extended warranty services for my vehicle.
