I received frequent  call from this number and they wanted to verify some information. They said they are from detectives detective office and they have a case against me or something.

Uh-huh...  Well Sebastian, seeing as English is not your first language & the callers are making the call from an area that I'm far too familiar with I'm going to give you a clue. Your caller is a FRAUD!  I have other suspicions as well Sebastian. I'll leave those alone for now. We'll see what other kinds of complaints come in about this number first.

Also call from 404-465-3447 and  770-783-7601    See:  http://mrnumber.com/1-770-462-2197  Tried calling all three numbers,  either busy, no answer or VM box not set up.  Clearly some sort of scam operation.
