Also got a hang up call from same number.  Google search shows it is the office number for an apartment complex in Duluth, GA
Caller id showed: Villa RicaGA, Google shows it as Fairway View Apartments

Unrecognized #.  Didn't answe.  CID says Villa Rica GA. Don't know anyone there and have received several calls with that CID but with a slightly different number.   Blocked

Got a call from 7704622109, no one would answer, hung up.  Blocking.

Calls continually from 770-462-2109, 2108, & 2107! So annoying!

Did not answer, checked this number and saw others are getting calls. When this person calls I do not answer. But these people are persistent in calling. This in itself is harrassment.
