I go ta call from some lady earlier about calling back by 5 pm or else all these charges would be filed against me...

Investigator Patterson said that unless I call this number by friday all these charges would be brought against me. Sounds shady.

Just got the same message left on my answering machine. Who is this Patterson?

This appears to be a scam with threats and scare tactics to try to get money on a payday loan. This Alexis Patterson originally told me they were going to file charges against me but I could settle this with a $400.00 payment.  I informed her that her information was not valid and I was not aware of any loan that I owed.  I told her she would have to forward me the "charges" via email so I could send to my attorney to be handled and that I would file a complaint because she also gave all this information to my mother, which is a violation of the FDCPA.  Report these calls!!

Got a call from this number saying that there was a pending lawsuit against me for some type of financial transaction fraud.
Press 1 to resolve this matter. If I had committed some type of Financial transaction fraud I dont think they would resolve it over the phone.
They said they were from some law firm but that part was cut off.
