They say there name is debt law solution.  They are some type of collection business.  I know they have my personal info but who is to say they are real or some type of scam.  I have filed bankruptcy and these people seem to be coming out of the woodwork.

There is NO such Monkey (Debt Law Solution)

Its Debt Loss Solutions - they are collecting on old Pay Day Loans.

This company says that it works as a third party to charge your card for debts.  They illegally charged my credit card, said they had approval.  when I called the original company, they had no record of sending them approval nor had they ever heard of them!!  Fraud, snakes, dirt bags.  Cancelled my card and can only hope to have a refund.  Meanwhile I have disputed the charges.
