You do not have to talk to them.The next time they call, demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, let them know your attorney will get this information for you and see them in court.

They call at least 4 times a day.  Woke me up this morning. I don't answer because I don't recognize the phone number.

After following instructions at least a dozen times explaining they have the wrong number, I took the call and told them they had the wrong number. They got nasty with me and hung up.

I called gave them my name. She said she was looking for some other person. She took me off their call list. only gave her my phone number that they had been calling .... I gave her No other Info.
