These people have been calling me and lying also this is a scam company. Please do your research before making any payments.

This is a collection company. At least they leave recorded messages for the person they are trying to reach. The caller's recorded message states either that this is "Mary Jone" or "Bob Jones".

Collection company lied and said it was Stuart Legal and they were going to file a law suit against us. Tried to get information out of me and then continued to lie. I asked him to contact our attorney and he wouldn't. He said "is this the way you do business." I said when you threaten a law suit, of course you bring in an attorney.
Doesn't seem to be an up & up group.

They called me and said I had a warrant for my arrest and I was going to jail if I didn't pay them. I know I screw up daily but seriously? They don't seem to be nice to us young adults.

scam!!I I asked them for the signed contract and they said they didnt have it. They didnt even know the name of who they are going after. then he said to look at my files and I will see that I owe money. I told them to get me contract and I will pay them right away! He then got really frustrated and kept insisting to ask my bookkeeper. I told him there is no way a person can take another person to court if there was no contract or paperwork. they have nothing but use the court to scare!! Ive heard of scamers looking online for unpaid dept and calling people and posing as the dept collectors. they are very successful because they scare you with the word COURT and LAWYER. All you need to do is ask them for the original contract so you can pay. If they cant provide it they are not real!
