Called and the phone rang when I said hello, transferred me to a person that said "Hello, this is David with National Monitoring Systems." And I hung up. I occasionally answer local numbers but since this is not something I knew of I didn't bother with it.

Only answered because of a family member's health situation right now and get legitimate calls from unknowns.  Anyway, I said hello 3 times before they said anything and it was a security system telemarketer.  I said I didn't sign up for this and hung up.
