Received call from 770-110-0760 at 1:06 PM, July 5, 2016. I did NOT recognize the number so did not answer. Anyone know who this is?

One thing is for certain, the number is spoofed.

Called three times today. First time I did not answer. Second time I picked up, said "hello", waited, and the call disconnected. I blocked the call before the third call came in.
