Hangs up when you ask what this is about. When you try calling back there is a message saying "the call cannot be completed at this time"

Assuming this is another attempt at telemarketing...could not confirm because he hung up when I told him my wife was not home. What a sad and lonely job this guy must have....every person he calls does not not like him.
