Claims to be affilliated with BG&E and is calling the lower the electricity rate.  Then I was asked to get my bill and give them account information numbers from it which I would think they would have if they are affilliated with my Electric company.  Call 2 times per day, everyday.  When I asked where their office was located (I'm in Maryland and it's not a MD exchange), she told me, "We are in Maryland too".  I asked for the address and she said she didn't know it.  I asked, "What city are you in?"  "I told you we are in Maryland".  I explained the MAryland is a STATE not a city and asked if she knew where she was located.  She said she DIDN'T but if I wanted my rate reduced I needed to get that bill and give her the info on it.   I asked that I be removed from her call list and she replied, "We'll call you back when you have your bill handy."  I Repeated my request to cease calling.
