This site does not know who owns this number or any number. This site is for reporting SPAM/SCAM calls made to your phone. If you can provide information about the call you received it helps everyone. Likewise, it is not the place to report problems with the Do Not Call list.

Got a call from this number.  I could hear someone at the other end while I screened the call as the outgoing message was going on. No message left.

I asked them what they were, but all I got was we are a group collecting information for different causes such as the gas tax, and that they were exempt from the Do Not Call list, so complaining about the list on callers like these does nothing.  If you want to take a survey with a fast talking "Michael" (that is the name he gave me)  then answer, if you do not like taking phone surveys, do not answer or block this number.  They get their numbers from public records I was told.  Asked him not to call again, so we shall see if they comply with removal of my number.  Also they knew my name, but I am listed only as "J" in all phone books, so the records they get are not just a phone list from the phone company.

Had a message on my answering machine from this number.  There was no message, but I heard a lot of background noise and talking.
