bored inmates will call strangers just to have someone to talk to, seriously. I think it's fairly sad but remeber it's on YOUR dime.

Started calling at 8:00 am, has called 4 times in 3 minutes. I answer. It is a recording in Spanish, I do not know what they are saying but they keep calling and calling back when I hang up. They are calling my cell phone.

This number is linked to a pay phone in the Tippecanoe County (Lafayette, Indiana) Jail where inmates make collect calls from.
