told person who called not to call back & quoted the "Fair Debt Collections Practices Act" section 805a3.
we'll see if they call again.

A person from this number is calling a friend in another state and they are asking for my phone number. They claim that I've recently asked for credit. I have NOT applied for anything...not in a recession!
