It's NAVIENT (formerly Sallie Mae) Student Loans Collections. They want their money-even though they are unwilling to work with you on a payment/deferment/forbearance plan!

They call every hour on the hour trying to get money no one has

They call and never leave a message. I give them what I can each month but they still harass me. They don't want to work with you. It's a joke when they say they want to help. They send generic letters - told to me by them.
