Recorded call about alarm system for free if I place a sign at my house.  End of message offered 1 to speak to a live person and 2 to be added to DNC.  I pressed 1 and the male person hung up on me when I asked why I received a call.  I called the number back and I received an out of service message.

The person will hang up as soon as you say anything about DNC.

Called, didn't answer, but had a voicemail of part of a recording talking about a free security system. Added to my block list.

Caller left the following voicemail: "Free wireless home security equipment. To receive your free equipment, all we ask is that you allow us to place a small yard sign outside your house for advertising. Your system will be monitored by your local police, medical, and fire departments 24 hours a day 7 days a week. For more information on receiving your free $1500 security system, press 1 now. To be placed on our do not call list, please press 2 now."
