Called and used my full name several times asking about my part D medicare coverage,saying that she was calling to reassure me that my rates wont go up and when would be a good time for the person to call me back ,morning or afternoon,then asked me what part D coverage that i had ???, I said it seems to me that you would already know this ,if you are calling me about it.hung up called back the number,and SURPRISE"this number is no longer in service"

Caller ID said Richmond. I did not pick up the call. I hate these people!
