I didn't know the number but with the increasing number of spam calls coming to my phone I didn't want to answer. Also didn't leave a phone number so I'm just assuming.

Thesis a spam call for career and college advising.  I have told them to stop calling but a few minutes later I get another call from i different are code for the same thing.  I get close to twenty calls every couple of days even after telling them to stop.  I am even on the do not call list.

They called about college and career advising. Technically not a telemarketer because they weren't trying to sell me anything over the phone. Also places like this DO NOT have a "do not call list." They aren't required by law to because as mentioned before, they aren't telemarketers.

Total scam.  Do not answer, no point in calling back.
