Indiana Call on ID, called at 8:14, 5/31/2011,, Macony called giving me diabetic supplies, asking if I am diabetic.  Asked him for his address as he representing a Florida Company, MedCare Pharmacy, giving me a meter, subject to talking to my doctor.  He continues, are you diabetic, asked him the address, states he wants to stamp out diabetes, then ask where in Florida, and says Sunrise, FL.  Still can't tell me the address, til I sign up.. Asked for his supervisor, identified himself as Chris Floor.  Could not tell me the street address.  Could not answer why a Florida company, has an Indiana number.  Finally hung up after telling him that I would have to report the number to DNC and No Call list in my state.  Says he would take my number off the list.  Never did acknowledge if it is a telemarketing company.

Received multiple calls from this number.  Upon saying "hello", a hispanic male answered and indicated they were with Medicaid, and that someone in my household had diabetes and they needed our social security numbers and bank account info.  My wife stated that no one in my house had diabetes, and asked who they represented.  They quickly hung up the phone.  Be wary!

call came across as Donald Martin on the caller ID. When I answered the phone, it was a man with an Indian accent saying he was from some company called Med... Didn't understand the whole company name he stated.  He asked if I was diabetic. I said no.  He asked if anyone in the home is diabetic. I said no.  He then asked if we have a dog in the house.  I found this odd and asked what was this about? He said "diabetes and have a nice day" then hung up on me.  When we called the number back, we got a automated recording "the number you have called is no longer in service..."

They called, asked if anybody in the house had diabetes, so I responded no, then they asked if I had a dog in the house. I asked what one had to do with the other and she said that they were collecting information from people in Indiana and hung up
