They are telling me they are missionaries in africa looking to rent their house. Total scammer.

I am so glad I found this, I almost believed it. They say they are looking to rent out the house but when I went by the house, there was a blue truck in the drive way and someone was clearly living in it. He said it was a neighbors car that was there to make it seem like the house wasn't vacant. I am definitely not going to go through with it now.
