same man every time .says he is with the indiana state police.wanting money donated and says it stays in cetral indiana.

This guy says he is from the Indiana State police collecting to help policemen. I am very low income right now and taking care of a mom with Alzheimer's. This guy is very rude. Just keeps calling. I have caller id so I ignore it.
