I get so many spam and scam calls from area codes all over and don't bother to answer them.  I don't know and don't care.  Am going to go with payday loan scam on this one since they sent me one of their annoying spam texts offering a loan that I did NOT apply for just 5 minutes prior to this stupid scam call.
