Well it took about 4 months, many emails & phones, a complaint with the FCC, FTC, BBB, mayor, more emails but they finally stopped calling. Well, they last called on 07/29 but ended the call before I could even answer & on 07/24 before that. If they call, tell them YOU'RE the business owner & want to be put on their DNC list.
Then call 877-708-3844, ask for Peggy regarding removal from their database. She'll tell you to go to www.infogroup.com (they sell leads to the call center Five Star uses), find out what info they have on your company, then send a request to have that info removed to contentfeedback@infogroup.com like so:
"Good morning,
Could you please remove the following listings from your database?
[Insert info you found at www.infogroup.com here]
I am requesting this removal because a company called Five Star Commercial Roofing based in Hartford City, IN continues to call us despite our repeated requests to be put on their DNC list. We have an open case with the BBB & complaints filed with the FCC & FTC. It’s become borderline harassment. They’re also very unprofessional over the phone & with their lack of complying with the law to honor requests to be put on their DNC list.
DO NOT SHARE OUR INFORMATION WITH ANYONE!
You DO NOT have my permission to share our information with anyone or contact us on behalf any other company you work for.

You'll get another email listing a linked record of your company stating you have to send your request for removal to contentfeedback@infoUSA.com like so:
"I, YOUR NAME HERE, am so authorized to request the suppression of our business record & linked record for the following branch:
YOUR COMPANY'S NAME, ADDRESS, & ANY PHONE NUMBERS YOU WANT REMOVED
This is the linked record:
COPY & PASTE THE LINKED RECORD THEY EMAILED YOU
NAME ON LINKED RECORD has not worked at or made decisions for this branch in years & no longer works for YOUR COMPANY.
