Recieved a phone call this morning, Saturday October 11, 2014 at 12:48p. I didn't answer since the number wasn't one that I recognized. I listened to the voicemail but it was just background noise and no talking.

i got a call. Not answering a number I don't recognize and no voicemail. Must not be important.

Got a call, it said it was SSI.  No one said anything but you could hear breathing.

I got a call from this # today. My grandson is on disability. Because it came up S.S.I. on caller id I answered the phone.
There was a guy on the line I couldn't hear him very well at first but he did speak up. He said he was conducting a survey.
I agreed to take the survey.  he asked how many were in the household,how many were over 18 and if any were  Hispanic
as soon as I said none he said thank you and it was done. He had said it would take about 10 min. for the survey,but it only took a couple of min. I don't know if it would have taken longer had I answered that there were any people of Hispanic decent.
