It is [***] Thieves(Sallie Mae) calling to try to get more money out of you. I sent in a ton of forms to have my loans deferred due to becoming disabled after fighting with them for months and despite them telling me and receiving a letter from them stating that my loans have been deferred and my payments will resume next year they are still trying to take twice the monthly payment amount out of my bank account. I put a block on my account so they can't steal my money anymore since I never authorized them to take the amount of money they have been trying to out of my account and now I have some inaudible mush mouth ishboo indian dune [***] who said his name was "Tim" and he was from "Texas" ( more like his name is oodaadeeboopboop and he is from the slums of India) telling me " If you do not return access to Sallie Mae to withdraw money from your bank account Sallie Mae will take whatever action is necessary to gain access for withdrawal of funds" so after having the mush mouth ishboo repeat him self because I couldn't understand a word it said  I told him "my loans are all in deferment until next year and I have the letter that Sallie Mae sent me as proof and even if my payments were not deferred the amount I authorized to be taken out of my account before all this was my monthly payment amount of $507.43 and not the $1100 that Sallie Mae tried to take out and I have the automatic payment paperwork to prove that which I will fax to you right now to prove you are in the wrong" then he proceeded to tell me "do what you want but I advise you to reinstate Sallie Mae's access for funds withdrawal from your personal bank account right away if you know what is good for you and as far as the amount we are trying to take out of your account Sallie Mae can change the amount of withdrawal for loan payment purposes at any time and for any reason we feel fit, And again sir I am warning you again I advise you to reinstate Sallie Mae's access for funds withdrawal from your personal bank account right away if you know what is good for you" at that point i got so livid that this [***] was speaking to me like this I said to him" Actually Tim from Texas... it is illegal for Sallie Mae to take out more money than I authorized and as far as what you said to me about giving Sallie Mae access to my bank account if I know what is good for me, That is a threat and I need to speak to your supervisor about you threatening me" after I said that he said " Uhhh... Uhhhhhh" and hung up on me. so long story short if you get a call from these ignorant [***] do yourself a favor and either don't answer the call or hang up on them right away and call The Sallie Mae Office Of The Customer Advocate and deal with the people there about your issue. There are only a handful of ladies that work in  The Sallie Mae Office Of The Customer Advocate and they are all extremely helpful, Kind, Understanding and willing to do whatever they can do to help you with any issue you are having from account issues ,billing issues, or issues like problems with the customer service reps and the best part is they are in the States and all of them speak English so when you call you don't have some Curry queen or [***] mumbling in a horribly thick punjab accent reading from a script!
