Received several calls from yhis number, called number and obtained busy signal. Very annoying

Just got new cell phone. Same problem with this number.  Is there nobody to call to report?  Very annoying

I seem to be getting calls from this number from 6 in the morning up until 9 or 10 at night... but thats not the only thing.. NO ONE is there!!! WTF!! Very Annoying!!!

Wow! How in the world did this person(s) get my number?..I have a Tracfone! I haven't turned the phone on in a while and have had 2 calls within 3 hr. I answered the 1st time and they hung up. I didn't answer the second time..I'm not going to waste my minutes-or time- on them.

Its a company called Sallie Mae.  They call my cell phone roughly 12 times a day from 8:00am cst to 9:00pm cst.  They don't always leave messages, and several times a week they call me constantly for an hour or so.  I am up to date on all my payments and I am not late on anything.  I ask them not to call me unless it is important but they continue to harrass me.  I don't know what to do and I am looking into getting a lawyer.  This has to be illegal.
