I got a call stating if I don't call this  female (Lareal?) Miller back today,  they would be filing fraud charges.  I called back and spoke with a Roger Anderson. I asked for Mrs. Miller and Roger stated he has already left for the day.  Weird, it was female. He said he would take over my case.  Never could give me details, said I had outstanding loan between 2007-2017.

So I just got the same message today.. uhhh wrong I don't have a loan try somebody else

Multiple calls received from this number stating that I much call back immediately because of a case (?) Pending in their office. Tried to call it back, which was the call back # given in the message, and received a message that this # wasn't set up to receive incoming calls. Blocked the #

Total scam and  bottom feeder. Tries to intimidate demanding a return phone call for a generic person no name given.

Scammer. They go by several different company names. They claim they're a third party law collection company who has received a case file to issue an affidavit and take you to court. Threatened to prosecute me for felony fraud and illegal check writing or something like that. They ask for $$$ to settle the case out of court. Said they would give me two hours to get the money or else they would proceed with the case, have my DL suspended, and have me served. Seemed a bit excessive for a company that says I owe $1k. They get very belligerent when you tell them you know they're not legit. And when you offer to have your lawyer speak to them, they become afraid. Lady ended up hanging up on me after she threatened to have me served with a cease and desists, LOL!
