Was "urgent, final notice" about my credit card.  It was a solicitation to transfer to a new card with "lower interest rate".

Credit Card Company that wants to offer me lower interest rates, but won't even tell me who they are.

WOULD NOT TELL ME THE NAME OF THE BANK WHEN I ASKED.

BLACK LADY STARTED ANGRILY TALKING TO ME A WHOLE SPEECH ABOUT WE ARE NOT VISA/MASTERCARD/BANK OF AMERICA WE JUST LOWER RATES!!!

I go: Why are you yelling?
