what is it?

I don't know, but I got a call from this number yesterday on my cell.  I didn't know who it was, so I didn't ans.  Waited for a voice mail, but I didn't get that either.  I have made it a habit to not only screen my landline calls but I now do that with my cell as well.  

I looked up information on the phone number and it is from the Twin Cities (St. Paul/ Minn) area.  I did a google search and the address and "name" of the person it belongs to are in a buisness area...not a residential one.  I think this is yet anothe scam company that tries to steal people's identity.

Caller is an auto dialer with a message about my vehicle warrenty about to run out, and tells me to press 1 to speak to a co rep to renew it. This is a scam, otherwise it wouldn't be so hard to call them back. Whenever I've tried to do so, I get a robot telling me this is a non working number.
   I've gotten the same thing a couple of months ago from an outfit in Henderson NV. I had to file a complaint with the FCC to get them off my back, and now, I'm glad I filed the address in a safe place, because complaint #2 is forthcoming.

Clown scam operation using fake number of an unwitting guy in Minnesota who has nothing to do with the telemarketing creeps. Poor quality prerecorded message with the old "Automobile Warranty Extention" scam. Do you think these poor idiots will ever figure out that they're not going to get rich off these crackpot scams? It's really sad.

got the same call also.... on cell phone... but didn't answer.... no message either.  i don't know anyone personally that lives in MN.
