Caller ID showed "Unknown Name".  I have been getting constant hang-up calls from area code 763, so I answered this one on the first ring. The man on the phone said he was with Home Solutions in the St. Paul, MN area and claimed they would be doing free estimates on new windows in my area. I declined to speak with him further.
