This is an "automobile warranty extension service". They start by saying they've got information from the "Motor Vehicle Department" to get your attention- and then they try and pitch you an extended warranty. Were polite when I asked to be removed from their dialing list.

They said they were the vehicle processing center. They wanted to sell me a warranty on a car I don't own anymore. I asked to be removed and hung up.
