called 4 times yesterday and left no voicemail. called again right now early in the morning at 8am

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Have had 6 calls on a Saturday and 4 on a Sunday. They call all hours between 8am est to 9pm est.
