Politicians are exempt from the Do Not Call list law.

They probably use a robo-dialer that calls every number in an exchange.  That's how they get unlisted numbers and cell phones.

called 3 times in the past 24 hours but not leaving a message

i called this number after they called and left no message.

i thought that was rude.
since they did not identify themselves on my Caller ID, i thought i'd call and report here.

it is very clever, their recording, because it tells you that "you have reached Meyer Telemarketing Do Not Call Phone List.  To have your phone number removed from our calling list, please touch tone your phone number, including the area code and the phone number; this number will be removed from our call list.  Thank you."  it is clever because they will know that a real person did this.
so, DO NOT DO IT!

after awhile, they disconnected from me.   :o)

It's now callmeyer.com

hoping it works

First time for this number to show up on Caller ID.  I didn't answer and no message was left.
