Yes, caller sounded uneducated and hostile

I answered and was hung up on...how pleasant.

Asked for the formal name of the person who hasn't been in charge for years. Knew it was a sales call. If they knew the old "chief" they would have never called him by his proper name.

Asked for someone living here and would not leave a message- very rude and hostile sounding

This person calls all the time...and sounds like he is pissed off about something...like the day that he was born. Maybe?
